Worth writing about
- Corrections. A licence changed, a price moved, a Windows version was dropped, a screenshot is out of date. Include the page address and where you saw the new information.
- Vendor fact checks. If you work for a vendor covered here and something is factually wrong, send the correction with a link to your own published source. Coverage and wording are not for sale.
- How-to requests. A recurring admin job on your own network that none of the pages covers yet.
- Privacy questions about anything in the privacy policy.
What we can’t help with
NetPulse24 isn’t a vendor or reseller, so it can’t issue licences, process refunds or provide technical support for any product — the vendor’s support channel is the right place for those. It also won’t help with scanning, accessing or capturing on networks you don’t administer or have no written permission to work on.
