By using netpulse24.biz you agree to these terms. They are short because the site is simple.

What the site is

NetPulse24 publishes independent reviews, comparisons and how-tos about network and system administration utilities. It neither makes, resells nor distributes any of them, and no program is stored here. Every product name, logo and trademark stays with its owner; naming one here signals no partnership and no endorsement either way.

Using the how-tos responsibly

The how-tos are written for networks and hosts you administer, or have explicit written permission to work on. You are responsible for having that authority before you scan, log in to, transfer files to or capture traffic on any system, and for following your employer’s policies and your provider’s acceptable-use terms. Doing these things without permission may be unlawful where you are.

Commands and configuration examples are illustrations. Read them before running them, adapt addresses and names to your environment, and try changes somewhere you can afford to break before touching production.

No warranty

Facts are checked carefully and corrected when errors are found, but software, prices and licences change. The pages are offered as is, as general guidance, and nothing promises they are complete or up to date. Before you buy a licence or change a security setting, confirm the detail in the maker’s documentation.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law permits, neither NetPulse24 nor its editor accepts liability for loss caused by using this site, any third-party tool, or any outside website it links to. Liability that the law does not allow to be limited is left untouched.

Vendor sites

A vendor link takes you to a site governed by that vendor’s terms. NetPulse24 has no control over what those sites publish, charge or ship.

Copyright in these pages

NetPulse24 owns its writing and its own graphics. Quote a few lines with a link back if they help you, but copying entire pages elsewhere is not allowed. Screenshots of products remain the property of the sources credited under them.
